This PR fixes a CI workflow failure in the documentation publishing job by replacing the charmbracelet/vhs-action@v2 GitHub Action with a manual installation of VHS and its dependencies. The issue arose due to incompatibility between the VHS action and Ubuntu 24.04 (now the default for ubuntu-latest runners), which caused ffmpeg installation failures.
